    Fse powerboost valve

Hi all i've just bought a Fse power boost valve for 1.4 16v astra G. Does anyone know how to fit it? because i've read the instructions and i can't understand them at all. All I know is I think i replace the fuel regulater with the boost valve. But i don't know what goes where with the hoses and stuff. Please help. A how to would be very helpful.

    cheers craig

On your fuel rail you will have 2 pipes at the right hand side. One pipe has a larger nut than the other, usually the bottom one. This is the fuel feed from the pump, the other smaller nut is on the fuel return back to the tank. (Larger nut is size 19 spanner, smaller nut is size 17 spanner)

Can you get a fse power boost valve for the 1.8 16v Astra G?
    And is it worth it?

As far as I know you cannot get a power boost valve for the 1.8 16v Astra G because the 1.8 engine does not use a fuel return and the pressure regulator is in the fuel tank. Power boost valves work on the principle of holding back slightly more fuel on the return line to boost fuel pressure. As the 1.8 only has a single fuel line there would be nowhere to connect the valve. Sorry Mate..
