Though there is one company mentioned here, which I would not buy from again, as one person tells you one thing and another person tells you the opposite

Very true, most places can aim for 100% customer satisfaction, but they very seldon achieve it. After all you cannot make everyone happy all the time.

Have a look at your local ICE shops as well, as if you build up a relationship with them they will match most prices and even better Internet prices. But I have heard good things about all of the above places.

Let me knock this rumour before it goes anywhere allegedly or not! No they do not have old catalogue returns, they never have and never will!

They get deliveries of almost all makes they sell on a weekly basis, others on a fortnightly basis and they are authorised for everything they sell. Sure things might linger in there stock rooms but then I have yet to see a shop that does not have this problem on some item or the other. They are very highly regarded by Alpine, Kenwood and Genesis and have on numerous ocassions hosted events for some of the manufacturers.

And in case anyone is wondering yes I have been in there stock rooms as I know the owners very well. No I do not work for them, I merely give some Technical advice for certain makes of cars(no guessing which particular make). Obivously I get excellent prices in return and can probably organise good prices for most folks from them (pm if interested).

Incidently Car Electronics (Cel-Direct) and MCS direct are two of my local ICE shops.
