Been working on some new LED sidelights. The LED ones I've found so far haven't been bright enough for me, and it doesn't help that the 501 mounting hole is tiny.
I can't be bothered to go reaching through the full beam hole to bend the LEDs over so they reflect right. So I tried a different approach. Not quite perfected yet but... 9x 3mm 5cd LEDs pointing forwards plus 3 pointing backwards.
Still tough to get through the hole but I'm sure I can rework the other three somehow.
