    Insurance help please

ive just gone this morning to notice someone has clipped my front bumper and it is now hanging off. after a closer look i noticed that the the mud gaurd inside the wheel has snapped and where you screw the bumper onto the car inside the mud gaurd has snaped. my question is if i phoned my insurance up and got them to pay for the work would it affect my no claims or would it be better to get it repaired out of my own pocket.

not worth it mate - bear in mind you'd still have to pay your excess (however much it is on your policy) and you'd then have a claim history and lose your no claims if they aren't protected....

defo just sort it out yourself... it's an arse i know, but it's the best way in this situation.

i'm sure you'll be able to sort it out relatively cheap
