lots of very crap kits about from what we saw at Doncaster this weekend...and also most do not shut properly and catch the wings as they open.

Also nearly all had rust from where the universal kit had been mounted several times to get it in the correct postion.

I would say go for it but make sure its a quailty kit and is fitted by people that know what they are doing...cheapness is not the best way from what we saw. The best ones we saw cost around £3000 fitted

Another point of note is that apperently the police are not to happy with these kits, due to the saftey aspect...not sure what that would mean but I would look into it.

I asked my local constabulary and they said it was fine as it would still open normally for the first 20 degrees, enough in an accident. I was looking at lambodoors.co.uk (r these the guys ur refering to) who I know have done a great job on a beemer. They cost about £1500 fitted. I would only get it fitted by them, but remember, with the non jap cars they are welded and so u can't take em off once they're on, unlike the jap cars which are bolted and transferrable onto the next car.

PS. if u get a good deal, see if u cansort it for 2

Yep those are the guys, the did a Z3 I think it was.

They are doing a deal with us cause we'll promote them along with the adverts that we do and on the new website and the feature.

I do really like them now looking in the magazines but its a bloody huge thing to do and your bloody stuck if you don't like the end result!!
