I was driving through a remote village at about 8pm this evening with the blue LED's switched on on the front (the ones I put in the bumper). A Land Rover was approaching in the distance, but being dark, that was all I could tell about it. As it got closer I noticed a white rectange on the roof . . . . and then dark blue rectangles each side of it!
It was practically passing me by this time so I didn't bother to turn the LED's off, but luckily the police Landy ignored me and went about it's buisness. I'm not sure exactly where the law stands regarding blue lights on a car. I know it's illegal, but I think it's only like driving around with say, fog lamps on when not needed etc.
BTW, they're a lot brighter than the ones in the sig. pic as I've replaced them with brighter ones and upped the voltage a bit.
Anyway, that certainly gave me a bit of a worry for a short time!
