    Ignition feed - help!

I want to run an ignition feed to my boot.
I know the obvious point to come from is the back of the ciggy lighter.
However the wiring seems to be "tight" and i can't pull the lighter out of the panel to get to the wires.

Is there any other point easily accessable to run from.

    :?:

You have a ignition live in the boot already going to the rear wiper motor

It will be a black/purple wire and it can be found behind the N/S panel that you use to get at the bulbs or through where the first aid kit goes if you remove that panel.

It will be seen going into a black multi connector going upwards.

What sort of current are you going to be taking from this? Believe it's fused at 20A at the front and don't want to say it can take the load just supplying information about where the wire is

    lol - i wouldn't hold you responsible if i blew a fuse anyway m8.

All i want to run is a couple of PC fans to "cool" my amp. I'll crawl in the boot in see if i can find the wires. Thanks.

*edit* Just taken the rear light cover off. Hey presto a black multi-plug with a black and purple wire waving at me.
