    Holiday or 2.5 V6?

    help........ been thinkin about this for weeks now n need some help, or another opinion.
    what would u do go on hiliday with the lads (2 weeks in ibiza) or use the money for a 2.5 v6 conversion? i have save'd up enough but only to do 1 or the other.

    the car mate but if its with the other half then holiday, but I think you would need a little more than the price of a holiday in ibza to do a v6 conversion

    i no but then i get the flack for the lads sayin i let them down.... blah..blah..blah... but then if i do got for the engine they will love me when they get back. could do with a win on lotto n all my problems will be solved

    yeah i no the conversion is about 4 n half g but if i got on hols it means savin up another grand, which is what it will cost for the 2 weeks

    a proper conversion with a lot of the components needed like brakes ect, I would double that figure mate I reckon, or a grand under.

    depends how you do the converstion.....for a bog standard 2.5 V6 into an astra G car will cost around £5000 (engine and fitting).....then you need brakes, suspension as a minimum.

    You may also need about £1000 for parts (eg vectra parts and gearbox) to do the conversion.

    I am not trying to put you off as once you hear the sound it makes it worth while, however I would never do it again.
