    Display adaptors

    Just a quick general topic...

    I'm after a display adaptor for a blaupunkt stereo I hope to get.

    Does anyone have any idea whatsoever what information these sorts of things display on the MFD?

    thanks for that, yeah it's what i'm after but it doesn't mention actually what it displays!

    Well at a guess, station name, frequency number. CD track info & possibly CD Text if the head unit supports it.
    Thers not a lot of info to be displayed anyhow.

    The Kenwood one will display the following....

    Station RDS name
    CD track - and min/secs
    Radio frequency
    Radio text (scrolling)
    MP3 / enhanced CD text/Track name (scrolling) to 250 characters
    Input source
    Date/Time
    why do today what you can...... I'll finish this later

    See that seems like quite good info to display if you ask me. Particularly the scrolling CD text for the MP3's i'll be putting on.
