astra sxi 2003, your car looks great mate. How much have you lowered your car, and what springs did you go for?

the car dont catch at all, im running 215/35/18
im just trying to sort a zoomed in pic for you.

ive lowered it buy 60mm all around with spax springs which are also uprated to handle the v6 lump im planning on putting in.

just been trying to fit the matching shocks today, got the rears on but still need to do the fronts

Can you lower your car 60mm on standard shocks? I've seen on recent posts that you should only lower 60 if you get shortened or uprated shocks? :?:

    no probs A5TRA 16V

Laschy- yes mate you can do it, ill be honest with you, it made the car look good and handle well on most roads and with all types of driving.
but it was not so good on country roads. the car felt a little bouncy on them and did not help my confedence on those roads which is strange as i was brought up in the country so im familer with then.

you are right, it is recomended that you change for matching shocks on anything lower than 40mm, and ive proved this today just buy getting my rear shocks on which are adjustable damping as well, needless to say that i cant wait to get the fronts done tommorow
