    Judder after changing gear

The car has been doin this for a while now but i onoly just realised that this cant be normal.

When i change gear as soon as i lift the clutch and push the gas the car judders like i have lifted the clutch to quick,Doesnt do it all the time tho. It also does it sometimes when i change down gears as well. It never judders when pulling away and it runs fine when im just cruisng.

Anyone got an idea of what could be causing this?.

    Thanks

quick check the fluid is topped up if hydrolic and ensure no air in the system a flush through wont hurt the fluid might have lost it viscosity (just a thaught) and if cable check its set right then if they are ok try to pull away in high gear and see if the clutch slips then look at the clutch
