    irmscher dissapointment

I ordered aload of irmscher stuff last week inc the following.

    Alu center dash
    alu handbrake lever
alu geargaitor surround + flap behind it.

it all arrived to day and was majorly dissapointed, the alu center dash panel is the same as ive got, the gear gaitor surround and flap looked good but on epc it shows that it comes compleate with gear gaitor and some other bits, i do think though that they where a rip off as for £186 retail you really not getting much just two bits of plastic
the only bit theres no probs with is the handbrake handle itsself

So now i need to make up my mind, stick with this lot, change the lot for a titanium which means i can get the ash tray that matchs or paint what i have.

    what do you guys think?

    re: irmscher dissapointment

    As requested ...........

Alu look, with the Irmscher Blue leather additions and my Poppy Coral. The Ashtray and TC panel are the Grey GSi standard colour, as I have been told the Alu look panels aren't available for them

I got some Irmscher bits from Joerg today and was a tad dissapointed.

The black tinted rear lights which look really good, fit OK, but are not the same quality as the OE ones, especially as far as the sealing gasket goes, but for £80 the pair they're not expensive.

The handbrake handle I thought was pants, for a start its plastic, doesn't even fit very well, and if I'd paid UK prices for it I would have been well pissed :!:

Cheers for that lord, where did you get the main center dash panel from and is it full alu look eg not like the sxi.sri etc

i spoke to steve today at irmscher uk, he said that the full alu look console is not available cos it can reflect the sun into peoples eyes and then people would sue :?

i dont care about that though and want the proper thing
