    Stereo Install Problem ?

    Hi,

Trying to fit a Sony Headunit got a CDR-500 at the moment removed CDR500 but the ariel cable is to short as it is binded to the iso connector cable.

Also I have a Autoleads adaptor box for the steering controls but I cannot see how this is going to fit behind the headunit.

Can anyone offer me some advice..

    cheers
    JJ

take out the plastic cage as well as the metal one from the original headunit it'll give you more room. Cut what ever is holding the aerial cable to the other cables so you can move it about easier. You can also remove the glovebox (6 screws) and pull the wires down to the side, there is enough room to then put the glovebox back in.
