    Dump valve

    here we go sometime back i fitted the bailey dump valve and i fitted it as regal said leaving the vx one in place.I,ve read several threads where people have blocked the vx valve off or removed the springy thingy.So i thgought i would try blocking mine off with a piece of tube and just run the bailey sounded mint but as always theres a but the traction control light was on all the time when i drove and then whent off when i reconected the vx valve any ideas cheers guys and girls.

    You need to disable the standard DV with the spacer that Courteneys or Legoman sells

    Fit this, disable it properly, and just run the Bailey unit. Works a treat !

    but why would it cause the t/c light to be on

    Because it throws up a tech2 fault, something to do with torque error or something.
