Want to fit me strut brace, but need to bolt through the wing to secure it. The fittings are covered by the splash guard, so need to remove it !

I am fairly certain, that all that holds the splash guard on is a few plastic pop rivets, same as those used on the side skirts

They're held to the front bumper by a couple of screw and to the rest of the car by the same sort of 'rivets' where you pull the pin out of the centre to release them (like at the bottom of the front bumper). You might have to flex them and ease them out from around the strut. To do the front strut brace you'll need to drop the struts out in order to get access anyway

2 screws, the rest by plastic rivets. Just undo the 2 screws and give it a good tug.
