    any one know where i can get a buckled alloy repaired

    as above.. its not badly buckled.. dunno if its repairable tho..

    if not..does anyone know the rough price of buyin just one alloy.. its a TSW Evo R 17"

    its not noticeable wen u look at it stationery. but wen u drivin the wheel spins weirdly and feels like u goin over an endless line of potholes!.. failed mot cos of it

    gonna get it repaired then sell the wheels nd either get some 18"s or a mint set of 17"s

    depends where u live, i know somewhere in kent you can get them fixed for about £40!

    If it was a MOT failure then I wouldnt think it would be repairable, must be some hell of a ding if the tester spotted it.

    Terry, where abouts is that mate? I damaged one of mine on a pothole. Haven't got it fixed yet as the tyre bloke said that it would still seal alright, but I'd rather get it done at some point. Do you have to take the wheel in without a tyre on or what?

    Anyone know one in Newcastle for the same price? One of my alloys has got a bosh on the inside rim, which didn't fail my MOT, but the tester still mentioned it and told me that it could be a problem.
    97 P reg Astra 1.6 8v X16SZR, and yes I have a Haynes manual

    phoned up spit nd polish alloy refurbishers..(01732 367771) cost me 20+vat and they even picked it up from luton!!!!!

    they're based in tunbridge,kent??? didn't ask to many questions.. i think the old women quoted me wrong :P

    give them a ring, mite be able to sort urs too
