    brakes still squeaking

ive done 17,800 miles now is it probabaly about time to do something about the brakes? they have been squeaking for a while now not all the time though :? only sometimes usually not when really slow.

how much does this cost anyways?

Is it a high pitched squeal or a groaning noise?

i get a big honking noise most of the time when i brake while reversing (it really is loud)

it did this a while back and i took it into vaux but i think all they did was put some grease on it... only solved the problem for a short while. will take it to the dealers again when i'm back for long enough.

The humming noise is a known problem. Tell them to fit a brake damper on it. It fixes the problem 99% of the time and the longer you leave it, the quicker the rear pads will wear out (my rears actually wore out quicker than the fronts)
