    Dreamweaver help

    does anybody know there way around dreamweaver? i 'm trying to figure out how to make the white section bellow, scroll up and down within the frame?

    also how can i set up so that each time you click on a button in the grey area, only the white section loads up with the information?

    you can do it without frames, put all the data in a table then get the bit of css code that allows the table cell to become scrollable or use a cwindow

    and with the button you put in your asual <a href=........ then add in target="_frameMain">


    or whatever you named the frame with a _ before it.

    i personally use iframe tags but robs way is easy too

    I avoid frames at all costs! Tables and PHP are the way!

    Ahh well then again some people still use FrontPage...can't beat them all!

    not everyone knows php tho.

    So iframes is an easy way of doing it in HTML/DHTML and if done right can work in most browsers yes even wal marts crappy browser
