    Derestricted at last

I finally derestricted my airbox tonight.

I have one question, have people left the intake pipe as it is or do you have sonething else that you have done. I have an idea on how to run a new air feed to the air box but just wondered what other people have done???

    Hi

What sound difference do you experience after derestricting ?

Is it quieter / louder / annoying etc.

Can you describe the sound, as I may perform this operation

    Thanks

Theres no real noticable difference with the sound, i also did mine yesterday and noticed a slight difference with performance, especially in 1st and 2nd where mine was slightly sloppy. Its a job well worth doing and its so simple.

No difference in noise, although becoz I had an induction kit on before its alot quieter!!
The induction kit gave a wicked noise when you put ya foot down but sounded like a diesel when stationary!!!

I have noticed that it seems to pick up better now I got the box back on, and its slightly better then with the normal box, altho that might jus be psycological!!!!!!!
