    Caliper paint

Would like to paint my calipers red, is this easy to do ?

I noticed the calipers are quite rough, could they be sanded down ?

Do i actually need to remove the caliper itself ?

Is the finish on caliper paint even any good ?

    Please list recommendations people.

Not keen on the idea of red calipers, bit max power IMO

Go for a silver finish or gold

    Silver

I sanded my calipers down and then used Heat resistant Engine Paint. Can't remember the name.

I've heard Hammerite is supposed to be good.

The reason I ask is that I've done it b4 in the old car and burnt off within a month. Is it just spraying on the calipers (maybe 3 layers) and that's it or you put another coat of clear coat?
