    Superchips Bluefin for Z20LET???

Anyone know if these guys are going to produce their Bluefin product for us Vauxhall boys......... and girls, nearly!

My mates got one on his Focus RS and after seeing the handheld programmer I have to have one.

For the few that haven't seen one of these things, they are a menu driven handheld programmer that YOU plug into your diagnostic socket and download your existing ECU program then upload the modified one.

He tells me that even if the car goes to a main dealer they can't detect its existance, result for warranty, and in any case you can just revert back to the standard program at any time

I've emailed superchips but no response as yet.

Similar technology to AMD 'one click'. The Bluefin is however only for Fords at the moment. I have heard dodgy reports of the Superchip programmes available for the Z20let, so would stick with AMD or the normal maps already available

Cheers, I'll check out the AMD one click, didn't know anyone else did anythink like this. If you can swap between programs the same as the Bluefin then its got to be worth a look

I know it doesn't add to performance, but the Superchips programmer makes it look like you actually get something for your money, rather than just a 5min remap

Bluefin for the Ford's also cost's about £550.

Guy round the corner has one for his Focus RS, takes the Focus from 212 up to about 234 I think.

Anyway, the AMD 1-Click will be around the £350 mark (plus vat as well I guess!).

I would prefer to go with AMD, as at they moment they can do nothing wrong!

There is currently a VX220 NA which has 175bhp!

This is with only an AMD remap, Milltek exhaust and Induction Kit.

They AFAIK are only doing them for the VW/Audi range at the moment, mainly due to them specialising in this marque.

However, 1 of the main reasons for our RR day there, is to increase the awareness of them tuning Vauxhalls aswell, they are very keen to release similar technology for the Vx range, you maybe able to get a good deal on the day
