Removing Steering Wheel on a 'G'.............

    As Subject,

Does the Battery have to be dis-conected before removing the steering wheel?, or just the ignition to be turned off!?

I don't want a face full of bag!!!!!

    Cheers.......................................

No you don't need to, I never do.

(No offence guys but leave Airbags to the professionals, these are dangerous, i've seen them go off and its not a nice thing).

The battery does not need to be disconnected.......
If you do, tech 2 will need to be plugged in.
Just make sure the keys arn't in the ignition... undo the 2 torx bits either side (behind) the wheel.
Pull off the plug that connects to the airbag, and way you go. undo the nut
