    rear spoiler.

    How easy is it too fit the rear SRI spoiler then, can l do it myself, and how do you do it.

    Its very easy, drill two holes either side, screw on.

    If thats the same spoiler as slims, slap some pics up when your done will ya please m8.

    I'm well fussy and still can't make up my mind whether to get it or not.

    MK4-16V ---- l would but l haven't got a digi, have a look in the gallery though mate.

    Slim - have you got to put 2 rubber grommets in the holes as well, to stop the rain getting in there??

    Nah, if its the original SRi spoiler then you can get the foam spacers from Vauxhall for pennies.
    That will stop any water from getting in, and save your paintwork if you decide to take it off.
    Thats how they are fitted from the factory.

    If you have got the SRi TURBO spoiler, then you should have got the foam spacer bits with it.

    Either way, no grommets needed.

    Two new holes are needed for the SRi Turbo/GSI spoiler. They don't fit in the standard SRi Spoiler holes.

    If you drill them yourself, make sure you either paint in the holes, or treat the exposed metal to stop rust.
