Is there a Turbo for my 1.6 8v?

I have heard about a Courtenay Turbo...is there one that is made for my engine?

I also heard something about a Garret T2 Turbo...whats up?

    Cheers

If your engine is the same as the 1.6 8v Nova GTE's then Courtney do a turbo conversion which involves the T2 Garret turbo. I think your looking about 150Bhp, but much higher tho cause you start running into problems. Crank, rods, valves maybe cooling issues.

Courtenay do one. Its pretty much the same as on my 1.4i 8v. You're looking at £2995 all in and you'll get a reliable 120bhp+ if your car is standard.
mk3 1.4i 8v, ported and polished head,Courtenay High Torque cam,re-bore to 1488cc, Powerflow full s/s exhaust ,BTB 4-2-1 manifold downpipe and de-cat,Bcm induction kit, lowered 40mm on Spax

I think you would get more than 120Bhp from the 1.6 . I'm sure they quote 150Bhp.
