    RJ Automotive

These guys seem to pretty highly regarded on here for bodywork and that so was wondering if anyone knew what sorta price they would charge for colour coding the standard plastic skirts, bump strips and door handles on a 5dr. I take it they would do the whole thing inc prep. If anyones had it done, pics would be very useful so i can see whether its worth doing on the standard trim.

We also get 10% off too right?

Spoke to them and they quoted me quite a bit higher than i was expecting...

To prep and spray to same colour as the car:

    4 Door handles
    2 Side skirts
    Bump strips around the car

= £340 and that is with the discount (said he knocked £60 off)

Is that pricey or is it a good deal?

Remember that your paying for a top quality job, so I would say that is about right.

Chap your paying for quality chap, I have had all my bodywork mods and repairs done by RJ's and I never have had a fault with them.

I only get complements from the quality of work they do. At a bass junkies open day Mat brought Rob car and I took mine there and the amount of people that was impressed by the paint jobs on both cars was good, not one bad comment. Thats what you are paying for.

Sounds a good price to me. I'll keep RJ's in mind when I get my new bumpers and skirts ... only bummer is they are miles away from me which could cause a problem. How will I get back home after I've dropped the car off? Then the same for the trip back there to pick the car up? Don't fancy using the train.
