ive had an accident (pictures will soon follow)

i decided in a stupid friend driven moment one night to back into some bins and back em into my mates car on their drive. OOPS!

kinda didnt count for their bein 2 bins and now i have a small indent, although quite noticeable, in my driver rear shoulder of my 5 dr G at the back quarter.

question is, along with the wheel arch dent (also small) where and how much to knock out or replace the panels.

ill post pics in next hour, jus that its becomin bit annoyin as i have had the car nearly a year an no crashes (im jus eighteen) and am bit pished off with the silly dents.

    ta

    james

    Sorry to hear that mate!!

Only a little thing but boy does it bug the **** out of you!!!

I did a similar thing a few weeks ago, backed into a post in McDonalds car park (of all places), didn't half whack it, major relief to see that it just cracked the paint on the top of the rear bumper - along with a slight deformation of the plastic underneath!.

But with yours, can you get to it from inside the boot? If so I bet one of those door ding removing companies would be able to do it!

well for what it actually is -only about a 2 inch crack in the paint, I think I'll just touch it up!! The 'bump' in the plastic would need rubbing right down and I think I'll try and live with it for now!!!

Although the £107 sounds like a bloody good deal!

I could claim on the insurance, with my protected no-claims I'm allowed to make 2 claims in any 3 years without it affected my NCB! But I just know my luck, and I'd end up needing the claims for something more serious LOL!
