Have you got other wires going into the seat already??

I know the Mk3's have a gas canister for the seat belt pretensioner but not sure how Mk4s work.

All I know know is that in the motor trade all air bag wiring ends with a yellow connector or orange in some cases.

Does your air bag light come on and go off ok?

works fine, airbag lights comes on then goes off???

I work for Thatcham MIRRC and an engineer suggested they were pre-tensioners because they were yellow, might take a trip to Vauxhall tomorrow.

If your unsure it's always best to take the car in just to get your mind put at rest.

I belive that if any of the air bag/ pretensioner system was unplugged it would throw up a fault and bring a light on the dash board up.

Let us know how you get on
