    no lights around heater controls

Fitted a new kenwood head unit this weekend, while doing so i disconected the wire that is conected to the bulb holder for the glove box lamp as it is continuosly on thanks to my girlfriend forcing the box shut and snapping the arm that presses the switch in when closed.

now i have no illumination around my heater controls could this be because i have interupted the circuit when disconecting the glove box lamp or is it something ive done when wiring my head unit

    HELP

The wire loom is closely routed around the back of the centre dash panel. Recheck and confirm you haven't knocked the multiplug for the illumination of the heater dials out when you did the headunit

Well ive total f**ked it up now.

after looking at my fuses yesterday lunch i thought everything was fine till my drive home, now i have no rev counter, no speedo, no indicators no brakelights not to mention no fog lights no heated rear screen in all every thing electrical seems to be not working now.

Its currently with my local vauxhall dealer seeing if they can figure it out. so the rest of my mods which i had planned will now have to wait.

moral of this story is dont let me near anything electrical
