    New Induction Kit

    Brought a new induction kit yesterday, A Stainless mesh one put photos up later, looks good little bit of an improvment but thats prob down to my old pipercross unit need cleanning. Should tie into the polishing and chrome goodies I want.

    Not wanting to put you off, but....

    Stainless steel filters only offer in the region of 70% of particulants.

    Manufacturers specify over 90% (which paper filters meet), you will therefore get a lot less with mesh as opposed to your Pipercross (which offers mid 90% filteration).

    Foam is the best for power, closely followed by Cotton Gauze.

    Really. I aint really into power of things just brought it cause it looked better than the piper cross. But if my old one gives the car the added poke it needs it might just be worth putting the old one back on.
