i've been offered a brand new set of Toyo Proxies fitted, balanced and new valves for £320, is this a fair price for 215/40/r17 ??

TOYO's rule. I like them alot and they wear resonably well I believe. Not sure on the price, seems ok from what I remember paying, especially with fitting aswell.

not sure on price, i used to pay £42 a corner on 15's fitted(mate owns a motorsport shop)
but the tyres are excellent, work well in the rain and grip all day in the heat, they dont blister to much when cornering to hard but they wear slightley quicker than falkens etc

I am getting those same tyres in a week. Paying 410 euro for 4 and 25 euro for fitting, so 435 euro all together. thats about £290 i think

I`m running on them, and although mine are stretched i.e. 215`s on 8 x 18`s, they perform better than expected.

As for price, I think £320 is about right for 17`s. mine were about £400
