    Spinners fall through!!!!!

Gutted, i ordered some spinners but he can only get em for the 4 stud, nothing is currently available for the 5stud!!!! I suppose it saves me 3k to spend on other mods . However, i am thinking of just getting some std chromes in 18s. However, he told me my old rime had the incorrect tyre on 215/35/r18 which would explain the piss poor ride quality. He said if i go for 18s the tyres should be 225/40/r18, is he right??? He also recommended a different offset of et49 :?
My main query is if he is right about the tyre size?
PS. I've been quoted £1900 for the chromes, anyone know anywhere else that does some decent chromes but less deep dish, i prefer the ones that come to the ends, in a 5 stud. cheers guys

The current wheel size is 205/50/r16 i'm not sure what the et is without taking the wheel off. It was Ultimate Velocity that gave this dubious advise. So do u think he's right about the tyre size?

For that tyre size 205/50/16 you should use 215/53/18 if you want the same rolling radius. ET wise its best to stay as near to ET49 as possible.

it all depends on what the width of the 18 is?? NOT the tyre size the width of the wheel.

Ricky at UV knows his vauxhalls so you should be ok but at the end of the day he is a buisness man that is trying to get chrome/spinners of the ground in this country!!

You dont have to stick to ET 49 but it depends on the width of the wheel.

u can't get tyres of profile 53 and on 18's this profile is far too high, just get some 215/35/18's on and u'll be laughin mate!
