    Mk3 Suspension Troubles

I have a dodgy front passenger shock, looks and feels like it has no oil in it!! So do I buy 2 inserts for the front, dampers for the rear and a set of lowering springs for around £170. The other option is to buy a full kit (new struts, springs and rear dampers) for around £200.

Any recommendations on manufacturers of suspension kits for around the £200 mark?

Had a full G-max kit on one of my novas
firmish but handled very well even on 17's and cost £204
Other cheaper option is to get 2 new front shocks, OE or uprated
