Ive been looking at doing the same thing, mainly going for irmsher because they will be good from a performance point of view but smooth too. I say this because I had spax adjustables on a Mk2 and didnt like the ride from what Ive heard the irmsher are made by bilstein so the quality should be there! I think the lowest they will go to is 35mm though
    Cheers Rich.

I've just fitted the irmscher suspension kit which is a 35mm drop for standard models.

I'm happy , I think its good quality kit which has vgood ride and road holding benefits than other kitted G's I've traveled in.

Don't quote me on this but I've been told the same that they are relabeled bilsteins?

Bilstein don't make their own springs, check out their listings, they only sell kits. The springs that Bilstein use in their kits are made my Terra, I had a set (without billies) on my Megane. Damn good springs, but quite hard to find suppliers in the UK. Maybe Irmscher use Terra springs?

They are matched to the axle weights, which is what I had to do when I got my Terra springs

The Irmscher suspension kit I bought was the springs & shocks set.

I take it that the springs are Terra (not bilsteins) & the shocks are Bilsteins??

Have a look in the Shop section and give Joerg a ring, then ring Steve Crook at LMF and compare prices. Buy off whoever gets the best price
