My coupe needs the front camber adjusted, I have had it done at CLCM in Edinburgh 4 times, the pot holes in Edinburgh are everywhere and if you hit one while cornering with the foot to the floor it is quite easy to knock ur camber out. Anyway CLCM did it in 30 minutes camber / alignment on front as rear is non adjustable. Now I am back home to Aberdeen I am finding it hard to get anybody to do it for me as they say it can't be adjusted. Vauxhall Aberdeen say no or you could but it will be back to how it is now within a week yet Vauxhall technical customer care say yep no problem, adjust with the two big bolts that secure the strut to the hub. Chris at regal also says no you need to buy his camber adjustment bolts and drill the hole out. Customer care advised replacing the the 4 big bolts as they stretch a bit like head bolts.
I found Overton in Aberdeen have done a few MK4's without any problem and he is going to swap the bolts for the new one i have and sort me out on Monday.
Anybody else had any experience with this issue. As my name suggests i drive 2002 Coupe Turbo.
