you have to deal with the dudes from down under. They quoted me $50 for the rear badge inc p+p. This works out at £20

    Not bad

your dealer CAN get them, check the "Vauxhall/Irmscher part numbers" post, I;ve put on the part numbers for the vaux, opel and holden boot badges.

or you can do what I did and do a trade with an aussie astra owner this way you pay nothing but postage and someone has a use for your old stuff!

9117600 is your part number for the Holden rear badge. It's fairly expensive on my work's cost price which is why if you wanted that round badge to cost about A$50 in P&P which is about 20 pounds.

Even better, you can have the grill, each person buys a new rear badge as well as drop in the used ones and swap for free.

Adam, is there a way to get around the duty? say if I put down $0 value? would that be even better on your end?

here's tip, as I work for a courier company that send things all over the world, customs need a value on the item you send, all you need to do is put the value as £1 or $1 so if they do charge it'll only be a matter of pennies they charge you, but most of the time they dont bother seeing its valued at the 1 $ or £

The guy at post office told me there is charge on most things, doesn't matter if its gift or not also, I put value of vaux bits i sent you, as £100 so it maybe just depends on the cutoms guys on the day if they charge you or not.
