    I want a Boost Gauge!

Anybody know of best place to get a boost gauge and a dash pod.

I am after a white gauge with chrome surround.

Also any advice on how to fit it.

Do like the look of the Splitfire gauge, there are also some that you can change the colour of the illumination by pressing a button.

    Any help appreciated.

yeah demon tweaks is probably best bet, fitting it is a peice of piss though, just get a couple of T connectors, and some silicone vacume hose (4mm Bore) in my setup all I did was cut the pipe that was leading from my dump valve to the actuator, inserted a t peice and connected the two cut ends up and then the new pipe from the T to the back of the gauge,,

Its dead easier,, pm me if u get stuck I will send u some pics of mine,, step by step.

    Jinkus,

I have the EDS power pipe with blanking section on for dump valve.

Do you effectively tap into the pipe from the intercooler to read boost ?

I have had a look at Demon Tweeks, but they are a bit pricey.

    Speeding.co.uk seems a bit cheaper.

Manta, the boost gauge gets plumbed into the small right angles pipe under the odd Y piece of hosing going towards the Airbox. If required I'll send you some pictures of mine by E-mail, is probably easier !

Simple to fit. I got my Gauge from Regals, and the pod holder from Demon Tweeks. Again if you want pic send me your e-mail address and I'll wing them over to you.

I have ordered a Splitfire gauge and pod from Larkspeed.

Have seen pictures of the gauge and it is well cool and will match existing clocks.

Larkspeed have a better selection than Demon Tweeks, you can get them to send you a free catalogue as well.

Just need to find the spot to hook it into now, but Lord Nikon and Jinkus are helping.

I've ordered a boost gauge from a shop on eBay. It is way cheaper than any I've seen in the mags.

This is the link to the items, but if you do a search you'll find a few places selling boost gauges on there. I got the EL blue one because it matches my turbo timer's display.
