    Shaan K's new exhaust

A big thanks to Griff for my new Jetex full system, and thanks to Devious Dave for picking it up from PV2003 for me!!! Anyway, got it on the car this afternoon so here's the pics.

I think I'm going to have to get the rear splitter modded slightly to make it look better ( i.e. give it more gap on the left and less on the right ) - unless anyone has any ideas??

my remus exhaust looks like that with the same turbo valence...all you need to do is pull the exhaust (gently) to the right untill your happy where it is and while holding it get some strong cable ties to hold it in place. about three ties shold hold it. you may need some one to hold it while you do the cable ties. once you've tied it where you want cut off the excess step back and have a beer!!! or some tea! only thing you should know is try not to force the exhaust...if it isnt gonna budge to the right any more dont force it...dont want any cracks or holes in the back box! hope this helps...its the chepest most efficient way i did mine! and if a tie snaps just replace it.... you can get a 30 bag of strong ones for 6 squid!

Yeah I tried to move it but it only has a very little amount of leeway ( spelling?? god knows )

Gary G... dont you have this back box and turbo rear valance?? Did you have this problem?

My local bodyshop said they could sort it by shortening the left side and attempt to make the right side longer so it looks correct... though I aint sure if it's worth the cash really.

I wouldn't touch the left side - but you could extend the middle bit to meet the exhaust. That would be easier to do I think.

    looks good mate,
need to loosen off the clamp a little, so that you can twist/turn the back box a little so it look straight, then tighten it up.

From what I can see you need to twist it slightly to make it sit straight, if your finding it difficult to move, then spray some WD-40 between the joint to help movement
