    Lowering the car?

I was thinking about lowering my Astra Sport but after a few accidents with my front bumper it has put me off :?. The other day I was going up the multi storey car park and my bumper scraped the floor  . Today I was bumping up on the path just a bit and my front bumper popped off on the side as it hit the curb . Now I don't want to lower my car . Is my car lower than a standard Astra G? It's a 1.6 16 valve Sport. How do you lot cope with lowering your car? Mark

The sport isn't lower than std astra 'g's, it could be that your front shox etc are shafted

mine hits things occasionally when I forget how deep the front bumper is (full reiger bumper, not lowered yet)

all I can suggest is, take ur time over stuff like that, I sometimes forget and I can feel it scraping, feel like sh*t when it happens, lovely paintwork scraped!

I'm getting 60/40 drop soon, I'll post if I get any problems.

Cheers for the info, I think my shocks are fine, all I can do is take my time, I will have to fix my bumper back on the side tomorrow near the corner of the wing. Mark

thats the joys of lowering mine scrapes everywhere, you just have to learn to going over terrain slowly
