    De-badging

    Cheers all ..
Just a quick question about de-badging .. I drive a mk 4 sxi and i'm going to de badge the rear and need to know if there are pins attaching the badge to the bodywork (That would need filling if the badge was removed) or are they just stuck on .. ??
Does anyone know the best way to do this ?? :?

    Welcome to the site !

The round vauxhall badge has 2 pins that go into the boot, so as you say removing the badge will leave the 2 holes.

It is also stuck on with the double sided foam pads.

you can, i ordered one from my local vaux but it was the holden version!

I was £9 including delivery from austrailia, and they'll fit it free of charge, lol

I'm sure the vaux badge will be cheaper, you can always check ebay, loads of them on there.

I've got three Mk4 griffin badges. Two off the boot for the Mk4 Astra ... one with pins, the other without. I also have a large one that's twice as big as the Mk4 Astra with pins removed. Want them? Which one?
