How cold do you go - Part 2

Some of you may remember me asking this a while back on the old board, regarding how cold your air-conditioning goes in warm weather.

Ive been using mine the past few days as its pretty warm but noticed it getting less colder each time I use it.

Took the car into Vauxhall today for an intermediate service and asked them to check it out.

Car is a 2001 '51' model - I was told later the car needs a new condenser at a cost of £225, but thamk god for the vauxhall warrentee.

Anybody else had this problem, seems a little odd for it to pack up so soon.

No, cars loose about 40% of there charge a year through natural seepage, get it recharged, (mobile AC will charge about £50-70 for this).

Don't start replacing parts for the hell of it.
