I need some info on this as well coz i'm ordering a rieger rear in the next couple of months, do you have to cut the lower part of the old bumper and then stick the new bumper to the upper part of the bumper????

You should get adhesive with the piece of kit. (sikaflex)

With Rieger being german it has to be TUV approved, so you should also get a pink TUV certificate.

it is abs plastic. the reason they gave me for not including adhesive instructions etc was because it was for mechanic fit not diy that was form ffwd motorsport but then again i think they could be a bit shit i brought a set of lexus style lights from them which leak and fog up so i phoned them hoping for some replacements and they wont exchange them.
