Ive had me Regal Phase 1 remap now. Very pleased with it no problems. If i fitted an exhaust system to the car now, would i reap the benefits or would it not make much impact as its already been remapped. Reason why its still standard is im not allowed to modify the car. Hence a remap, not traceable.
You'd benefit for sure because the amount of gasses coming through the system may of increased with your remap. Your current setup MAY be restricting the flow and therefore my widening the exhaust and removing some of the restrictions would be the way forward. Even on a car without a remap it should loosen things up nicely for you.

well im thinking that as my car was 218 bhp standard, i should need to do much to increase it. Ie its now 240 ish so if i put a full system in place and destricted it along with the phase 2 i reckon i could make it 260 bhp.
