After fitting my Cossie 4x4 -34 actuator and setting it I got it on the rollers today at Regal.
MVOC had a birthday bash for there first year and Regal done a rolling road shot out which will be in Total Vauxhall at soom point.
I also came top for the day with the most power but only because the VXR Monaro couldnt get on the rollers, thank god :)
My new figure is
291.9bhp @ 4652
340lbs of torque @ 4379
I am over the moon :D
only bad side is my AFM is dead AGAIN so will have to get off my bum and fit a VXR one now ;)

What was it before the new acctuator went on?

pmsl you only got away with bein top due to the rollers breaking on me :)
big thanks to both of you for fitting the injectors for me, i would have been stuck without you lot, great day pitty about the rollers at the end but cant be blamed we did abuse them for 10 hours solid :)
very happy with mine boosting so much better now :)
Justinh GSI is going very good now, now we got the actuator set up :)
winning is winning and without me and Justin you would be much slower ;) lol

Have you got any graphs to post up?
Got to get my mate to scan it in but after 5250rpm it all goes pete tong because of the dead MAF :(
I think that is why I peaked so early so a new one may give me a little more, maybe ??

you can see it was still holding top 280s at 6000rpm and wasnt that bad at 7000rpm with 260+ :).

God that must pull like a train! im on 240 / 273 so i can appreciate what that must feel like. Wish id never found this site, as its costing me a fortune in mods lol

Sorry to highjack... Burtdick/Anyone... are you on CS2? if so is it a noticable power delivery from a standard GSi??
I am hopefully gettin stage 2 soon and wanna know what its like!

Running regal stage 1 mate. Its brilliant. Its not so much the horsepower gain, its the pulling power. The torque increase is massively noticeable. Was running 216.8lbs (218 bhp) standard now running 273 and when it goes, it really goes. Hit 60 in 6.2 the other day which is a much better improvement, but its the overtaking 3rd gear scenarios where its most useful. Ive only had it 3wks and im already wanting the next stage, but cant :( thing is theres not much gain from a stage 1 to a stage 2 is there? like 10 bhp and 20 odd lbs. Doesnt seem right for another £500?
My advice, get it!! tomorrow!! lol

Ah ha! I gotta wait till end of month for my 4 1/2 year bonus! ... which is already 4months late! then i will be gettin booked in at Courtenay for CS2! :cheesy:
I have everything ready for CS2 and held off the CS1 until i got everything i needed. But i really cant wait for the extra Torque which is what i want, like you say for overtakin etc. Its already a beast but i want her wilder :lol:
You will love it to death, and want more and more later :D
