Anyone had one before, know anything about it. My manifold is warped and needs replaceing and this looks like a nice option.

if you want 300 bhp go with courtenay or regals tbh

NOTE: - The other components you will require are as follows: -

a) Better Intercooler - Recommended. Needed to cope with all those extra horses of power. Left to the choice of the customer, as dependant upon space in engine bay, where you want it located and what sort of power level you want to run. New or second hand one would do. We can source these for customers at extra cost.

b) Set of lower compression forged performance pistons for lowering the CR enough to run the bigger turbocharger in a high boost application. We are able to supply the buyer with these (newly manufactured to the chosen compression ratio requirement of the customer). These can be found in our eBay store also. IASA Racing ones - good for upto 600BHP - priced at £500 delivered.

c) The fabrication of the new boost / intercooler piping. We recommend our customers to do this as they go with the installation. Fabricate from raw materials or acquire a universal boost piping kit which are readily available and competitively priced from several places.

d) Many people ask whether they need to change their standard engine management setup to an aftermarket unit or have a remap. The truth is that with this kit you can run with standard engine management if you purchase our Special AFPR - priced at £150 (which does mechanically what a remap does electronically - two fuel pressure setups - one for on-boost phase and other for off-boost phase) - there is no NEED to have a remap or switch management setups. If you don't run with the Special AFPR, then you will need a remap. If running the Special AFPR, you can have a remap or run aftermarket management alongside it at a later date if you decide to do so and this will likely gain even more power from the setup - but not necessary.

sounds licj a hell of a whack more money on top of what you paying him for the kit

and also i aint sure of the last section regarding the re-map tbh

PM sent - I agree that you should have the car re-mapped to get the best out of the kit.
