Which spark plugs?

My Z18XE coupe is due a service and i need to change the plugs this time round. I want to put the NGK iridium plugs in. According to courtenay i need the BKR6EIX but the NGK site says BKR5EIX? any ideas which are correct or what the difference is?

i dont know what the difference is but courteney use BKR6EIX for all moddels

If they are used on all engines, does the gap need altering atall.

i put them straight into my sri turbo and that seems to be running ok at the moment
