Probably a really easy question to answer, I need to remove a hook from my Z20LET engine bay and am unsure how to do it

I am in work and would like a answer really before I finish today, so when I go home I can remove this hook and fit something (hush hush though) I haven't had a chance to look at it, and it is probably a real easy solution.

Here is a net pic of the part I need to remove, where the fuel rail cover goes behind the rocker cover on the Z20let engine there is a hook next to the powerpipe how do you remove it?

Not really the best picture to show what part I mean  but if you look at the oil pipe (bottom right of picture) now look directly up at the top of the picture there is a black hook just behind the fuel rail cover.

Cheers

Lee.

do u mean the engine lifting eye? used for when u need to lift the engine surprisingly enough lol. Sometimes welded in place but other times just bolted on. I'm unsure about the ZLETs so best to just have a look and see....presuming this is the 'hook' ur on about???

I know the front one is bolted, and assume the back's the same

They are all bolted on - very easy to remove.
