My backbox looks like its on its way soon. As its the original exhaust how much of it do i need to replace. Basically can i just replace the back box or is it not as simple as that. Im only asking as i've heard of a couple of people with the factory fitted exhausts needing to replace the centre pipe as well as it was an all in 1 system

cheers

just have a look under the back of the car mate and see if there
is a joint just behind the back box, if so the you can just replace the
backbox, unless you want to go for a performace system then change
it from the cat back

i have the sri-T too mate.i had the same prob with mine, the backbox was really shabby,i also had a slight blow from the flexi on the front, you could just undo the bit of pipe and the back box from the flange near the rear axle n replace it from there but iv opted for the custom cat back system, front de cat and new flexi to squeeze a few extra horsees out and make it a bit more free flowing hope this helps
