View Full Version : Coupe turbo tryin to stall -Help!!
Lookin for some help - Was pulling up to lights to stop and revs dropped right down to about 3-400rpm and tried to cut out. A light which looks like a tank with a star in it kept coming on and going off. Not sure what one it is for cos i cant find my manual. Anyone Help?

think mattcoupturbo had that trouble and was the afm, dont quote me on that
is that what that light is for mate. Dont think its an eng management one.

Yes mate had verys similair symptoms to this on mine, turned out to be the AFM, was fine once i changed that.

afm! had same symptoms
how much that gonna sting me for guys. Could i fit it myself?
Think you'll be about £80, see if LMF can send you one up. I think it's a simple swap at the top of the engine bay tho, so no ramps or anything needed.

It's the black part arrowed in the pic below - easy to swap, undo plug, 2 x jubilee clips and replace. Get some new jubilee's though, if it has never been changed as still has thOEstd ones you'll knacker them taking 'em off.

cheers for the info guys. was out all day in it today and never got any probs. reving slightly low though. better order one anyway to be on the safe side.
