hi there,how can you tell when the actuator is nackered.:confused:
That question is easier to answer if you tell us why you think it may be knackered?

Since I know the crack, I'll reply.
His GSI is having problems when coming onto boost, its "spluttering" abit and not running smooth.
He's changed the AFM, Coil Pack and Spark Plugs.
has he changed the boost control valve ?
its only £20 from vauxhall and has been known to cause problems
spluttering sounds strange..... What do you mean by that? hesitation? or coming on boost and off again? It could be the sensor just after the IC.
sounds a bit like mine; like the turbo cant take it all at once?...

it more of an hesitation then it boosts.:mad:

only did it since the remap
i am planning on changing my actuator very soon but i can live with this for now

sorry its located right where the oem dump valve is just below the actuator
it is held on with two torq screws and has a plug go into it
