is this just a blocked off pipe or blocked off inside?

following on from my thread a week or so ago about my DV fitment, after spending 20mins or so at the south west meet yesterday looking at shanes and adams cars i found out how my DV is fitted and how i can return to standard, but one thing i dont know is if my OE DV is blocked off internally or as the pic shows just the pipe blocked off!

any easy ways to tell without he ball ache of taking it apart:lol:

Just hook it up. If it works you will know. If is doesn't, you will hear turbo stall.
